Shipping costs

All orders within Sweden ship for free.

All worldwide orders over €60 ship free, excluding the US.
Please note: due to the new US tariffs, we can unfortunately no longer offer free shipping to the US.
The shipping cost to the US is $14.90 incl. all tariffs. There will be no extra charge for you when your parcel enters the US.

For worldwide orders below this amount, shipping costs 69 SEK. The exact amount in your currency will be shown before you complete your purchase.

 

All orders are shipped with the Swedish postal service PostNord from the west coast of Sweden.

In-stock orders ship within 48 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

Sweden	2–3 business days
Europe	4–6 business days
The US	7–12 business days
Rest of the world	10–14 business days

Incidents out of our control may affect these delivery times. Incorrect personal details may lead to delays, so please make sure you have included your full address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays due to foreign customs clearance.

Returns & exchanges

It is important to us that you are happy with your purchase. You have full return rights within 14 days of receiving the products, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. Please note that on-sale products and customized products, such as engraved items and custom-sized products, cannot be returned.

In case of an exchange or return, you pay for the return shipping. In case of a quality claim due to a damaged or faulty product, we will replace the product free of charge or refund what you have paid.

Please contact us at info@marissal.se to let us know about a return or exchange, so we can help you. Returns or exchanges without prior communication will not be processed.

Payment refund

In case of a return, we will refund your payment as soon as we have received the product back and confirmed that it is unused and in its original condition.
